How to Raise a Complaint

Every homeowner who reaches Offensivephotograph Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Offensivephotograph Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Offensivephotograph Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@offensivephotograph.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which can include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
