Who You Talk To

There is no staff directory here, because the people who help you are not ours. When you call or send a request, you are routed to an independent HVAC provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business.

Offensivephotograph Heating & Air is the switchboard. The provider is the one who listens, quotes, and does the work.

What Happens on the Call

Say your furnace stopped on a cold night. You request a callback and your call is routed. The provider will likely ask a few simple things:

• What is the system doing, or not doing?
• How old is it, if you know?
• What is your address, so they can see if they serve your area?
• Do you hear, smell, or see anything unusual?

Availability varies by provider. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A few good questions can save you stress later. Try these:

• Are you licensed and insured for work in my area?
• Will I get a written quote before work begins?
• What does the quote include, and what could change it?
• Is a repair realistic, or should I think about replacement?
• How long do you expect the job to take?
• What does the work come with, in writing, if anything?

Write the answers down. If a provider is vague, that tells you something.

Keep Simple Notes

Jot down the provider's business name, the price they quote, and any dates they mention. Notes make it easy to compare more than one answer and to remember what was said once the stress of a broken system fades.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not lock you in. You can ask questions, request a written quote, and compare. You can say no with no obligation.

Your agreement is with the provider, not with Offensivephotograph Heating & Air. We do not set prices or schedules.
